Notamment pour y inclure la mobilit\u00e9 des personnes et des marchandises sans oublier l\u2019empreinte \u00e9cologique et la question du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique.<\/p><p>Il est essentiel de situer cette r\u00e9flexion dans une perspective plus globale et plus porteuse d\u2019avenir.
